Customer Testing Glow Wire on Cable Glands

On August 9th, 2024, Glow Wire Testing on cable gland operated by our customer and achieved their desired reslut.
 
Cable gland play a crucial connecting role in fields such as power transmission, and their safety and reliability have always been the focus of attention. To verify the quality of the selected cable gland, the customer personally organized and implemented this Glow Wire Testing.
 
As a strict safety performance detection method, the Glow Wire Testing can simulate the performance of cable joints under extreme circumstances. When the temperature up to 650℃, GUTAI cable gland demonstrated excellent performance. Under the high temperature test of the glow wire, the cable gland did not show any safety hazards such as burning or deformation and successfully passed the test.
 
This successful test result by the customer not only provides a solid safety guarantee for the customer's project but also proved that Gutai's cable glands has good flame retardancy. It fully proves that high-quality cable joints can withstand the test when facing stringent safety tests and safeguard the stable operation of power systems.
